Well I am happy to announce that we have bought a new home up in silver springs. We will be just up the hill from our current house (which we plan to keep and rent out), and I am looking forward to having a bit more space and being in a new neighborhood. I have lived in such a small space for the last 8 or so years I am not sure what I will do with more room. I can tell you with certainty though that I can't wait for the toys to go downstairs and to have more of an open concept space. We even will have a good view of COP and are able to see the mountains off in the distance from our living room. We will be taking possession the end of June and after a few weeks of Renovations we will make the move over.

So today we spent the morning exploring just below our new house and Bowmont Park.
